Donnell “Beetle”
Smith
B.A. University of Virginia
Beetle is the President of RKS and a licensed real estate
agent for twenty five years. He has extensive involvement
in land sales, commercial industrial and retail; sales
and leasing. “ Beetle ” is a Past- President of the
Harford County Chamber of Commerce. “ Beetle ” is a
board member of the Route 40 Business Association. He
is also a board member of the Army Alliance and is involved
with the University of Virginia Alumni Association.
Tom Mottley
B.S. Lafayette College
Tom joined RKS after a successful career as the owner
of an Ingersoll-Rand air compressor distributor. Tom
is also the Chairman for the YMCA Capital Campaign.
Tom also has experience in commercial real estate development.
He built and developed the Putt-Putt Fun Center in Abingdon,
MD. Tom is a member of the Harford County Chamber of
Commerce and the Harford County Board of Directors for
the YMCA, The Greater Harford Committee.
Fred Kern
B.S. University
of Maryland
Fred is an associate broker. He has been involved in
the Harford County commercial real estate business since
founding the company in May 1988. Fred is a board member
of the Harford County YMCA, and the Greater Baltimore
Chapter of the National Football Foundation and Hall
of Fame. Member of local advisory board of M&T Bank,
past member of the Upper Chesapeake Health System Foundation.
Jonathan Casella
B.S. Clemson University
Jonathan joined RKS after successfully
completing the management program with Enterprise Rent-a-Car.
He has gained valuable knowledge of the commercial real
estate business over the past 1 ½ years with
the company and had been involved in both leasing and
sales. Jonathan is a member of the Harford County Chamber
of Commerce, New Member Development Committee, The Bel
Air Downtown Alliance and the Economic Restructuring
Committee.
Bill Vanden Eynden
Bill is the most recent addition to the RKS marketing
team. He is an associate broker with experience in all
facets of commercial real estate after an earlier career
in the banking industry. His experience dealing and
negotiating with major local, regional and national
retail companies gives RKS a competitive advantage in
the market. Bill is a board member of the Chamber of
Commerce and the Bel Air town Alliance. He is active
in the Knights of Columbus, Bel Air Rotary and is the
chairman of the Harford Habitat for Humanity golf tournament
